Estithmar Electrifies Red Sea Island Resorts For Success | |

Estithmar Holding's subsidiary, Elegancia Arabia Trading Company, has received the MEP package for three hotels as part of the Red Sea destination development in Saudi Arabia.

The Central Hotel, with 430 keys, and two hotels on the east side of the island, with 150 and 180 room keys, respectively.
These three resorts are part of the 11 underway on the main hub island of the Red Sea destination.
The Red Sea is the first tourism project of its type, size, and magnitude to be designed and built off-grid, solely powered by renewable solar energy.
The development already holds the LEED Platinum rating, making it one of the largest developments in the kingdom and a flag bearer for regenerative tourism worldwide.
Elegancia is committed to adopting innovative, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions aligned with industry-leading guidance in the Energy and Environmental Design LEED certification. The works are part of building the Red Sea Global Legacy and supporting the delivery of the Saudi Vision 2030. The awarding of this project marks a milestone in Estithmar's expansion in Saudi Arabia.
