Collaborating For A Greener Future: UAE & Germany's Joint Vision | |

Representatives from almost 30 German companies met with a delegation from the UAE during a roundtable at the world’s largest industry trade fair, Hannover Messe.
The objective was to accelerate industrial collaboration and build on joint efforts to promote sustainable industrial development, decarbonization, and energy security.

The roundtable introduced German companies to the UAE’s unique value proposition and vision for sustainable industrial growth, showcasing the Make It in the Emirates initiative, which invites foreign industrialists, investors, and innovators to benefit from the UAE’s competitive advantages.
The roundtable highlighted how foreign companies can benefit from collaborating with UAE entities as well as from incentives and enablers introduced by the government, national champions such as ADNOC, and industrial zones.
The UAE’s industrial decarbonization efforts and 2050 Net Zero strategic initiative represent an array of investment opportunities.
Technological and sustainable industrial development are key parts of the UAE’s COP28 agenda, which takes place in November 2023.
