Emirates NBD's MOE Branch Earns First MENAT LEED Platinum | |

Emirates NBD has become the first bank in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey regions and the first Arab bank globally to receive the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification.

The certification was awarded to the bank's renovated Mall of Emirates branch in the UAE. The bank's branches in Saudi Arabia have also received LEED Gold V4 ID+C:CI certification for the Al Quds branch in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Four other branches in the UAE have previously obtained LEED Gold certification.
The bank's commitment to sustainable initiatives aligns with the UAE's Year of Sustainability and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Emirates NBD has also expanded its presence in India by opening branches in Gurugram and Chennai.
The bank plans to expand its network with new branches throughout the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with nine operational branches and 11 under construction or in the design stage.
The upcoming branch in Dammam is currently 90% complete and on track to open soon.
