Shurooq's Multi-Billion-Dirham Developments On Track
Sharjah Sustainable City, the first sustainable master-planned residential community in the emirate, is already welcoming residents and will showcase its final phase at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (Acres) expo.
Maryam Island, a premier waterfront development in downtown Sharjah, is set to become one of the city's largest mixed-use real estate projects.
CEO Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer said, "As the local, regional, and global interest in the UAE’s real estate market continues to grow, particularly in the past three years with prospective buyers starting to view homes as places they not only live but also work, exercise, and educate,"
Shurooq's multi-billion dirham developments are progressing steadily: Sharjah Sustainable City, Maryam Island, and Khorfakkan Residences are on track for timely completion.
"Shurooq has raised the emirate’s profile as a sought-after and desirable destination where discerning individuals with a modern outlook can enjoy premium living at affordable prices," he noted.
Sharjah's lower cost of living and doing business, strong educational and healthcare infrastructure, family- and child-friendly areas, an international airport that connects the city to 75 destinations around the world, and other competitive advantages all serve to accentuate this.
Shurooq will be sharing the latest project updates and profitable investment opportunities within these projects at the Acres Expo from May 25–28 in Expo Centre Sharjah.
