Shurooq's Sharjah Developments Progressing | |

Shurooq, the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority, has announced that its multi-billion-dirham developments, Sharjah Sustainable City, Maryam Island, and Khorfakkan Residences, are on track for timely completion.
The Khorfakkan Residences comprise six residential buildings with a total of 184 units and are set for completion in 2024.

Sharjah Sustainable City, the first sustainable master-planned residential community in the emirate, is already welcoming residents and will showcase its final phase at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (Acres) expo.
Maryam Island, a premier waterfront development in downtown Sharjah, is set to become one of the city's largest mixed-use real estate projects.
CEO Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer said, "As the local, regional, and global interest in the UAE’s real estate market continues to grow, particularly in the past three years with prospective buyers starting to view homes as places they not only live but also work, exercise, and educate,"
