The new research centre, with an ambition of reaching operational net-zero emissions by 2050, will focus on new technologies in carbon capture, low-carbon hydrogen/ammonia, non-metallics, e-fuels, liquids-to-chemicals, and advanced transport technologies to prepare for the “dual challenge of delivering sustainability and reliability.
