Abu Dhabi Offers Plots At Subsidized Rates To Boost Sustainable Businesses | |

As part of Abu Dhabi’s Industrial Strategy to boost economic growth and ensure sustainability, the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development is offering plots of land at subsidized rates to firms implementing sustainable business practices. Under this initiative, a piece of land will be sold at rates as low as USD 1.4 sq.m.

ADED Chairman Mohammed Ali Al-Shorafa explained the purpose of this initiative and said “Incentivizing land use is a vital strategic subsidy for businesses, advancing their growth and development objectives, and enhancing their capital expenditure and cash-flow management.”
