Cisco has focused on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and a circular economy for over 15 years, setting clear, ambitious, public goals including reaching net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040. Ambassador Achraf Ibrahim, the conference's organisational and financial coordinator, noted that the Egyptian president is working with Cisco and other stakeholders to speed climate action. He stressed the importance of integrating these ecosystems to support the Paris Agreement.
