Energy cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Oman

Salim Nasser Al Awfi, signed a memorandum of understanding on the margins of the COP27 session in Egypt on Monday, 7 November 2022. The agreement will promote collaboration on carbon capture, reuse, and storage in addition to oil, gas, power, and renewables. Cooperation on hydrogen and promoting digital transformation in the energy sector are also covered under the MoU.
