At a signing ceremony in Dubai, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and LONGi announced an agreement for LONGi to supply 1292MW of PV modules to two solar projects in Saudi Arabia on which L&T is serving as EPC. Vice President of LONGi Dennis She and Senior Vice President and Head of L&T's Renewables Strategic Business Group A. Ravindran signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.

The Indian conglomerate Larsen & Toubro has a global presence, with offices in more than 50 countries. LONGi, which has been around since 2000, is the top solar technology business because of its dedication to customer-driven value creation in order to effect a complete paradigm shift in the way energy is produced and used.

LONGi was awarded a contract for 904MW, the first of which is located in Jeddah and is a part of REPDO round II with a capacity of 388MW, and the second is located in the industrial city of Sudair with a total capacity of 1500MW, all in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to increase the contribution of renewable energy to the Kingdom's energy mix.
