Saudi Arabia’s Alkhorayef Water Wins $9mn Contract | |

Saudi Arabia’s Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. has won a 33.5 million Saudi riyal ($8.92 million) operations and maintenance (O&M) contract from the state-owned National Water Company (NWC), according to the report.

As part of the three-year contract, the Tadawul-listed firm will operate and maintain water networks, water treatment plants, and water wells in Hafar Al-Batin and Al Qaisumah, according to a statement published on the Saudi stock exchange.
As the report stated, Alkhorayef Water recently won a contract worth 56 million riyals ($15 million) from NWC to operate and maintain Jazan Water projects (Southern Sector) for 36 months.
The contract win is likely to have a financial effect in the first quarter of 2023.
Alkhorayef is one of the largest subsidiaries of Alkhorayef Group Co. and has over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater sectors in the kingdom.
