Bahrain’s EWA And nogaholding Join Hands For 100% Renewable Energy | |

Bahrain’s Oil and Gas Holding Company, Nagaholding, has collaborated with Hope Ventures and Bahrain’s Electricity and Water Authority to make Beban the first TV show powered by 100% renewable energy.
As the report stated, Hope Ventures is the investment arm of Hope Fund as well as the producer of the entrepreneurship-themed reality television show Beban.

The Beban TV programme focuses on entrepreneurs pitching their business ideas before regional investors looking for investment opportunities and strategic business opportunities.
This show tells the stories of local people who have done well and gives local businesses a chance to grow in regional and international markets.
This partnership promotes sustainability and encourages alternative energy development in the Kingdom.
The report also mentions the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitments at COP26. These include a pledge to reduce carbon emissions by 30 percent through local projects and to encourage the use and development of renewable energies.
Chairman of Hope Fund, Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayed, said, "I am thrilled to announce the partnership between Hope and Nogaholding and EWA." Beban plays an important role in providing investment opportunities for promising companies. This creates an impact that encourages entrepreneurship with the goal of diversifying Bahrain’s economy.
The President of EWA, Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed, said that the Kingdom is committed to developing renewable energy sources in line with the economic goals of Bahrain Vision 2030.
He said that EWA was proud to help Beban TV use renewable energy and to show off the private sector by co-investing in local entrepreneurs and helping them grow.
Mark Thomas, the CEO of Nogaholding Group, said that the company is committed to energy security and diversification as part of its new direction toward sustainable and responsible energy production.
