14 Automated Warehouse To be Developed In Jeddah | |

The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, or Modon, will build, develop, and run 14 warehouses in Jeddah's first industrial city, according to the report.

According to the report, the new warehouses will be based on smart automated systems that will provide quick and temporary logistical solutions to help industrialists and entrepreneurs while also encouraging investment in the retail sector.
Modon says that the project will involve building fully digital and automated warehouses that don't need human help. These warehouses will use the latest technology and equipment to let people access their storage units through an app on their phones.
The project will have customer service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The warehouses will be operated based on a public-private partnership model, which is expected to enhance quality standards and operational efficiency of services and products and stimulate investment, according to the report.
