ILF Consulting Awarded Pre-Development Studies of The World’s Largest Solar PV Parks In Saudi Arabia | |

A report says that ILF Consulting Engineers announced in a statement that it has been appointed as a consultant for pre-development studies of three multiple-gigawatt solar PV parks.

Which, once commissioned, would constitute by far the world’s biggest renewable energy projects by installed capacity in Saudi Arabia.
The objective of ILF’s assignment is to provide world-class engineering services for the parks to reach a development maturity ready for tendering on an IPP basis.
The report mentioned pre-development studies, which include:
Preliminary site assessment, master plan, environmental baseline surveys, environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), Permitting, Studies including geotechnical, hydrological, glint/glare, and corrosion Energy yield assessment, technology selection, and CAPEX/OPEX estimate
