Pedro Armijo to speak at KSA Infrastructure Summit 2023 | |

A report says Pedro Armijo, director of project delivery in the Middle East at Jensen Hughes, has been confirmed as a speaker for the Construction Week KSA Infrastructure Summit 2023 in March.
The KSA Infrastructure Summit will be held on March 7 at the Crowne Plaza Jeddah Al Salam hotel in Saudi Arabia.

According to the report, Pedro Armijo is in charge of making sure that all big projects in the Middle East are carried out and finished on time.
He is a professional fire engineer with experience and exposure to a diverse range of fire engineering fields, including fire protection system designs, fire research and investigation, fire brigade intervention, fire and evacuation modeling, and specific fire engineering design solutions in line with complex performance-based building code regulatory systems.
Pedro Armijo has knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SCB201, SBC801, SBC501), UAE Fire Code and Regulations, National Building Codes (New Zealand/Australia), ICC Suite of Codes, NFPA Fire Codes (NFPA502, NFPA130, NFPA101/5000), and EU/British Standards, said the report.
His past professional roles over the past 15 years have shaped his experience and knowledge of international performance-based building codes and their applications on large and complex projects.
As a comment on the KSA Infrastructure Summit from this year's report mentioned, as the principal gateway to Makkah, Jeddah is a key, growing urban hub for Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
With a strong list of transportation and infrastructure projects, Jeddah is committed to achieving the Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
According to the report, after analysing the infrastructure project pipeline in Jeddah, the Construction Week KSA Infrastructure Summit 2023 will bring industry leaders and experts on the ground to discuss making it a smart city with world-class infrastructure.
