Representatives from almost 30 German companies met with a delegation from the UAE during a roundtable at the world’s largest industry trade fair, Hannover Messe.
The objective was to accelerate industrial collaboration and build on joint efforts to promote sustainable industrial development, decarbonization, and energy security.
The Global Solar Council (GSC) has expressed its support for the establishment of a worldwide objective for renewable energy, an idea recently endorsed by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
The GSC is working closely with the Global Renewables Alliance (GRA), like-minded organisations, and governments to expedite the global transition to renewable energy, and it is eager to collaborate with others to achieve this goal.
